Refund, cancellation, reschedule, late & no-show policy
You must give 24 hours’ notice to reschedule. If you are late, time will be deducted from your scheduled massage time because another client is waiting to start their session on time. If you are a no-show, it is up to the provider’s discretion to reschedule or charge a late fee or cancellation fee no more than the price of the booked session. If you cancel less than 12 hours before your appointment without rescheduling, you will be charged a cancellation fee. All sales are final; no returns or refunds.
Palm Beach County and Miami-Dade County concierge appointments are subject to increased travel fees due to distance, toll charges, and parking expenses.
