Roshini Singh is a National Board-Certified Nurse Practitioner. She obtained her Nurse Practitioner licensure with a focus in Family Medicine from the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners. She obtained her Master of Science degree in Nursing from Florida Atlantic University in Boca Raton. She has been in the medical field for approximately 15 years. Some of those years she spent working in the hospital setting on a cardiac unit. She is currently pursuing her Doctor of Nursing in Family Practice focused on screening patients for cognitive conditions earlier in the primary care setting.

Direct Primary Care means no insurance or membership required. However, she offers affordable membership pricing for the Palm Beach County area where she and her staff can attend to your medical needs. Roshini is the owner of 356 Wellness and is excited to provide TeleMedicine through the booking of Kiran Therapy & Wellness.

Clive Tucker L.Ac . has a Masters of Science in Oriental Medicine from the Traditional Chinese Medical College of Hawaii and has been a Nationally Certified Acupuncturist since 2003. He is licensed by the NCCAOM and holds state licenses in New York, Florida and the province of Quebec, Canada. Born into a family of western medical doctors, Clive has a deep commitment to bridging traditional and alternative medicine with modern science in a truly holistic approach.

Clive specializes in pain management, energy (or qi) balance, and dietary regimens by treating the body as a whole which addresses all forms of imbalance or disease.

Annmarie Bhola merges engineering precision with transformational wisdom to guide individuals through personal growth using system-based strategies. With a degree in Facilities Engineering from SUNY Maritime College and over 20 years in maritime operations, construction management, and facilities training, she brings a uniquely analytical lens to self-development. As CEO of Enhanced Building Solutions LLC, she creates immersive training programs that integrate spatial modeling and VR to modernize engineering education. Her career began aboard oil tankers as a 3rd Assistant Engineer and evolved into leadership roles that blend innovation, education, and consulting.

A personal cancer diagnosis catalyzed her development of the ALIGN Framework, a method that applies engineering principles to emotional intelligence and spiritual growth. In her book, “ Engineered Miracles: A Practical Guide to Energy Healing through Emotional Intelligence Leadership & Spiritual Growth ,” Bhola introduces the ALIGN framework, a systematic approach to personal transformation. Drawing from her Indo-Caribbean roots and professional expertise, Annmarie now helps others achieve sustainable change. As a certified HeartMath® coach, she teaches heart-brain coherence and resilience techniques, making complex transformation accessible and measurable.
